The Dealer.com Certified Technology Provider eMail Upgrade

Time is Money
Let's face it. We all need to be fiscally responsible right? But wasting TIME is the same as wasting money. You may be receiving inexpensive or even free email service, but are you paying for:
  • Server or email provider downtime?
  • Inability to send or receive emails, large emails and attachments?
  • Excessive Spam and Malware crowding inboxes?
  • Out-of-house IT support for your employees?

If you said YES to any of the above questions, consider upgrading your email solutions to Office365 by Microsoft and get implementation from the ONLY Dealer.com Certified Technology Provider in Automotive!
Office365 eliminates server downtime with Microsoft's 99.99% uptime guarantee.
Office365 is Cloud based and does not originate from just one IP. Microsoft works hard to ensure your mail gets through to your customers without fail. And every mailbox has 50 GB of space in the normal mailbox as well as a 50GB archive!

Exchange Online Protection (EOP) catches spam and malware before it even enters into your email account. It is a highly robust filtering system and has been engineered to keep your inbox health in top shape.
Office365 works with everything: PC/MAC, iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows PC/Phone/Surface, and is FULLY SYNCHED to all devices, all the time!  When you send mail from your CRM, SmartPhone or Desktop you can access all mail from all devices and programs!
The most important function of Office 365:
Security & Compliance
As regulations become more of a part of doing business, Microsoft has ensured that its software is compliant with the most rigorous rules. There are many standards Office 365 meets and exceeds. These are just a few: PCIC, GLBA, HIPAA, and FINRA compliance.
Your information will not be lost because it is housed in the cloud among several servers. Microsoft spent over $11 Billion to develop its cloud infrastructure and it is the most secure place to keep your data. It is housed within several redundant servers, and Microsoft never accesses or uses your data for marketing purposes.

ROAD MAP TO THE CLOUD
We strive to successfully navigate you through migration roadblocks that dealers typically encounter when performing this migration themselves or with a standard IT firm. From Active Directory integration to ensuring your CRM is properly integrated, we can tackle any situation that arises. Some companies charge $80-$100 PER MAILBOX for migration services. We include this service in our award winning tech support contract and we do not outsource our support. Whenever you make a service request, you'll speak live with one of our support specialists located in Park City, Utah USA. No one is better suited to deploy and support this solution in dealerships than RyanTech, trusted by the automotive industry since 1999.
How long does it take to get up and running?
This all depends on how complex your environment is. We've performed migrations in an afternoon, and some have taken up to two weeks. Timing comes down to how many services are integrated with your existing environment. We help with identifying these variables. To learn more about the migration process.

WIT - What you may not know about this phrase...

Wit is defined as a form of intelligent humor of course, however, the WIT I'm referring to is not that simple.  It's an acronym that our partner Microsoft uses alongside many other other organizations and partners throughout the industry.  This blog is all about how these "WIT" people have enabled RyanTech. W OMEN I N T ECHNOLOGY At RyanTech we've worked very hard to create an image of credibility, investment and second to none support for our customers.  Over the years we've invested time in organizations such as EO ( The Entrepreneur's Organization ), IAMCP ( The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners ) as well as the MCC ( Microsoft Community Connections ) and participated in the Partner Engagement Board for Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference.  All of these engagements have brought value to Me as the CEO and the company as a whole however what's most important about these engagements is that it's taught me to h

Questions from attendees at DD14 on Cloud

Thank you for those who attended the 8:30 session this morning which I know could be tough.  Congratulations to our first 10 attendees that walked away with Windows 8 and Office 2013 for FREE!  For those that did not attend, here are my notes and answers to questions asked after the presentation.  The presentation was recorded and will be available online by Digital Dealer as they have prepared. Q.  Why is Windows XP not compliant in April, 2014?      A. The support for operating system updates and security patches will no longer be supported by Microsoft after April, 2014.  Due to the lack of updates, the operating system will no longer by PCIC or GLB compliant.  What's more is that users will likely be targeted for attacks from cyber criminals just as has happened in the past with retired operating systems. Q. We are thinking about utilizing thin clients instead of PCs in our store.  Do you have any recommendations for us?      A. Since most thin client systems use either W

Are You Running Last Decade’s Software?

R unning a dealership is a complex business and requires computers to manage operations. Sure, there’s a DMS to handle inventory, accounting and OEM requirements, but we’re talking about the day-to-day business that requires multiple devices and PCs, with licensed operating systems and office software. Unfortunately, most dealerships aren’t keeping their PCs current, licensed and legal. Recently, thousands of dealerships were surveyed and scanned regarding their use of basic PC office software and technology. In a survey done by Microsoft Cloud Services, information was collected on how many PCs/laptops were at a dealership and what operating system and software was installed. In addition, dealers were surveyed on the number of unique e-mail addresses and how those addresses are being utilized. The results aren’t pretty. This will give you the opportunity to see where your dealership fits in. Dealerships, on average, have 80 PCs with 100 e-mail addresses, along with a varie
